Payment Options
At Engadine Cycles we endeavour to have the latest products at the cheapest prices.
All small parts and accessories are available online while bicycles and items with a girth of greater than 140cm are not.
We do not sell bicycles in boxes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We apologise as currently Engadine Cycles does not ship outside of Australia.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
1. PAYPAL PURCHASES
By clicking on “enquiry” for the item you wish to purchase, allows you to contact us with your purchase request. Enter any relevant details in the comments section. We can then contact you with a confirmation of availability, timing, and a confirmed price including shipping. Our minimum shipping and handling charge from July 1, 2011 is $10.00. If you then decide to purchase, we get PayPal to email you an invoice for payment. The email will have a link directing you to pay securely on PayPal's website. Ask for this option if you wish to pay by credit card. PayPal will immediately confirm payment to us and the item will then be dispatched via Australia Post. This is the fastest option.
Note: If payment is not made via the link within 3 days, the link will be cancelled.
NOTE: A PayPal account is not needed to use this option, although you may open one if you wish.
2. BANK DEPOSIT
You can deposit your payment for goods directly into our bank account. If you choose this option, use the following steps.
*Contact us using the product enquiry option and tell us your request.
* We will contact you with confirmation of availability and shipping costs, as well as our Bank details. Our minimum shipping and handling charge from July1, 2011 is $10.00.
* On the next working day we confirm receival of payment and dispatch the item.
* Confirmation of dispatch will be emailed to you.
* Items are held without payment against a purchase request for 4 days before being put back into stock if no payment is received.
3. AUSTRALIA POST MONEY ORDER
We accept Australia Post Money Orders, with goods being dispatched upon receipt of the Money Order.
Australia Post Money Orders are a trusted, affordable and secure way to send money within Australia. They're a convenient alternative to personal or bank cheques for making payments within Australia.
4. MULTIPLE ORDERS
For multiple orders it may be easier to email us directly using ecycles@engadinecycles.com.au and list each item you wish to purchase with its product code, or alternately when clicking on “enquiry” add each item to to the comments section on one of the items you wish to purchase.
Engadine Cycles Guarantee Return Policy
Engadine Cycles will refund or replace a purchased item if any of the following occurs:
1. The item has a manufacture fault that the customer could not have known about at the time of purchase.
2. The item does not match the description that the customer was given.
3. The item does not do the job as the customer was led to believe.
If a refund or replacement is requested, the customer should:
You must advise Engadine Cycles within 7 days of purchase.
The goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
Goods must be in original packaging and not opened, used or damaged.
No refund will be given to goods that are special orders or items not in stock.
Goods will not be accepted for return because of a customers incorrect choice.
A restocking fee of 20% applies to all returns where the item is not faulty.
Engadine Cycles will not honour any order where there has been a fault or mistake in the pricing or description of an item on the website. We endeavour to provide the most accurate information in the product details. If you are unsure of a price, quantity, or product description, please use the “contact us” option on the website.
